All product packages are dispatched through DTDC courier only after receiving clear payment into our bank account.

All product packages are dispatched for international transit through DHL Courier after receiving clear payment from the transferring channels.
All payments are to be made in US Dollars only through any ONE of the below channels:
1) World Remit in the name of Moumita Dutta in Axis Bank only as direct bank transfer deposit using your Credit Card, Debit Card or Cash Deposit. You may require our SWIFT Code for making transfer through World Remit to our bank account. Please send us an email to obtain our SWIFT code if you so require depending on from which country you are making your payment. For making payment through World Remit please visit www.worldremit.com for payment transfer details.
2) Transfer Wise in the name of Moumita Dutta in Axis Bank only as direct bank transfer deposit using your Credit Card, Debit Card or Cash Deposit. You can use the IFSC Code of UTIB0000381 of our Axis Bank branch and our account number 911010053563084 and send directly to us. For making payment through Transfer Wise, please visit www.transferwise.com and follow the guidelines provided there.
Once the payment is received, your video course will be sent through DHL courier with tracking number.
After completing your Payment (For all buyers)
After making payment, please fill up and submit the Customer Form so that we can immediately process your order. The Gem Video course has a separate form. Click here
Please note that all orders are processed between Monday to Friday between 10 am to 5 pm. Once the Order Payment is received by us, we will process your order within 48 hours and dispatch it by DTDC Courier (and DHL Courier for international destinations) and inform you the courier consignment tracking number. If the amount is credited in the bank on a Friday, then dispatch will be made on forthcoming Monday. To track your order, please click here.
