Sothida Mannan Award in KP Astrology
History has a remarkable way of repeating itself. On May 3, 2015, the Malaysian Astrological Society conferred the prestigious title of “Sothida Mannan” (meaning “Emperor of Astrology”) upon him—one of the highest honors a KP astrologer can receive. Furthermore, the history of KP Astrology deepens the significance of this distinction. In 1970, the very same society honored the late Shri K. S. Krishnamurti, the revered founder of the Krishnamurti Paddhati (KP) system. He was honored with this exact title.
Forty-five years later, he became the second Indian KP astrologer to receive this distinguished recognition. The honor stands as a proud milestone in his astrological journey. Moreover, it is a testament to his dedication, contributions, and enduring work in the field of KP Astrology. Receiving the title of “Sothida Mannan” remains one of the most cherished achievements of his career. In addition, it is an honor that connects his journey with the rich legacy and tradition of KP Astrology.
Honored with the Prestigious Title of “Jyotishya Mahamahopadhyayaya”
Recognizing his dedicated and extraordinary global service to the research, development, and propagation of astrology, the Universal Research Institute of Astro & Occult Sciences, Hyderabad, conferred the prestigious title of “Jyotishya Mahamahopadhyaya” upon him. Furthermore, this recognition stands as one of the highest and most distinguished honors in the field of astrology. It marks a significant milestone in his professional journey.
Remarkably, he was only 38 years old when he received this esteemed title—a testament to his exceptional dedication and commitment to advancing the field of astrology. This distinguished honor stands as a powerful validation of the rigorous, research-driven approach that defines his astrological practice. Moreover, it honors his continued pursuit of excellence, innovation, and deeper understanding in the field.
Recipient of the “Nostradamus 2009” Award
Express Star Teller (a publication of the Express Newspaper Group) honored him in 2009 with the prestigious “Nostradamus 2009” Award to recognize his remarkably accurate political prediction. Three months before the election outcome, he had unequivocally predicted that the UPA Government would return to power in the Parliament of India. As a result, the subsequent fulfillment of this prediction earned him this distinguished recognition. This marked a significant milestone in his career and highlighted the precision and foresight of his astrological analysis.
Distinguished Titles and Awards in Astrology
Distinguished title of “Jyotish Vidya Ratna,” achieved in 2001, marking an important milestone in his journey of astrological excellence. His award-winning presentation focused on his innovative “Rule of Origin”—a method he developed for birth-time verification. Continuing this journey of recognition, he secured the “Maharshi Parashar Gold Medal” in 2002. This further cemented his contributions and accomplishments in the field of astrology. In 2008, he received the distinguished title of “Jyotisha Visharada (KP),” which recognized his expertise and accomplishments in Krishnamurti Paddhati (KP) Astrology.
